3.1 Registration Process

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts will be cancelled and any deposited balance or bonuses may be forfeited.

Providing the correct name, date of birth, email, and contact information at the time of registration is mandatory. If incorrect information is provided, bdjld reserves the right to cancel the account and withhold withdrawals.

3.2 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are responsible for any activity carried out from your account. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdjld may conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time if required. This process may involve requesting a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identity document. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods can be used to deposit funds into bdjld: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposits below this limit will not be accepted.

You must use a payment account registered in your own name for deposits. Using a third-party payment account is prohibited, and if detected, the relevant transaction will be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed. Successful requests are generally completed within 1 hour.

A verified payment method must be used for withdrawals and identity verification must be complete. Funds earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus-related wagering requirements have been met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,200. Depositing the maximum of ৳18,000 will earn a ৳10,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount received. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total of deposit plus bonus. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered.

Not all games may contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Contact the support team to find out the contribution rate for a specific game.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Terms

• Each promotion or bonus offer applies only to genuine and verified accounts.
• An account may claim a specific promotion only once.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period and will be automatically cancelled after it expires.
• bdjld reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.

bdjld's VIP program has four tiers in total: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement depends on your gaming activity. bdjld reserves the right to review, change, or cancel any player's VIP tier at its discretion. If VIP benefit abuse or a breach of terms is detected, the benefits of the relevant tier may be withdrawn immediately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdjld platform:

• Obtaining bonuses fraudulently or creating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Attempting to gain an advantage using hacking, bots, scripts, or other automated methods.
• Using other users' accounts or attempting to steal their information.
• Intentionally exploiting errors or bugs in the platform's system or software.
• Behaving abusively, threateningly, or in a harassing manner toward other users.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.

If any of the above activities are detected, bdjld reserves the right to cancel the relevant account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary, without prior notice.
